Location, equipment
Beds too small. No shower, sink drain broken. Service a little bored. Room to the street extremely noisy. No aircondition. Restaurant not open and no recommendation received.

Impeccably clean hotel in a unique building near the Central Park, and the square of activity. Really friendly personnel and incredible and stunning location anywhere in the city center. Again, walking distance to a collegiate church.

Overall wonderful stay during my first visit to Beaune and France. Absolutely perfect and excellent location just a walking distance from a collegiate church. - So close to many fantastic restaurants, the city center, and the square.

Excellent location, very central and yet quiet, originally furnished room, large shower, large bathroom, nice staff.
The toilet was poorly vented.

Great location
Breakfast, worst coffee for years, better to visit one of the nice cafes in the area. Room smelled like a toilet.

Very good location, directly in the center. The rooms were not big, but very attractively furnished. Nice bathroom, but unfortunately without shower, only bathtub. Breakfast is good, value for money is good

Opt for the superior family room, it comes with a football table and a spacious bed - super cool for a family stay! 🎮

Wonderfully close to centre and local sites. Great restaurant (not worth looking at other local ones)
Parking is a problem. We were there on a sunday night so could parl locally for free. If in high season I reckon reservation of space at hotel (limited) is worth while tho' expensive.

I arrived before check-in and the front desk employee was quick to take care of my bags so I could go out and explore. Without being asked, he gave me a map of Beaune and explained right away where I was located and what was in the area.

Location, Location, and a Friendly Staff!
I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of Beaune. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station and right next to the famous Hospices de Beaune museum. The Saturday farmers market, a boulangerie, and a wine bookstore were all just steps away. Plus, there's even a Japanese restaurant nearby! The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Frenchie, the star of a popular TV show, was even working at the reception and happily posed for pictures with me. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I especially loved the deluxe Carnot Suite with its double sinks and walk-in shower. Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, it didn't affect my stay at all. The only minor downside was that not all rooms had hooks for handheld showers, but that was a small inconvenience. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

An interesting old buidling in the center of the historic district. Location was great. Staff were very nice and helpful which is very important and many spoke English very well. They had valet parking so we did not have to struggle with on street parking which is very difficult. Great shopping and restaurants close to the hotel.
No elevator and we had a room on the 3rd floor. Narrow halls that made it difficult to carry travel bags to the room. Rooms were very small and very simple, but is was clean. Walls are very thin between rooms. Ok for one or two nights. If you have difficulty with stairs, this not the place to stay. No shower.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
